Shares bought on/after the Ex-Date 11th June 2025 exclude bonus rights.

Incorporated in 1946, VTM Ltd is in the business of Textiles, the company is part of the Thiagarajan group, the VTM company has different products variety which is named as Dobby, Cotton Dobby, Full sheet set , Jacquard Fabric, King sheet set, Leno Dobby, Queen sheet set, Shirting dobby etc. VTM’s manufacturing unit houses 258 advanced looms,80 Sulzer machines, 163 Airjets , 9 Jacquards and 6 Rapier Dobby Looms with POSI LENO Attachment machines, Produce 1.8 million meters of fabric every month.
