V Mart Retail Bonus Issue 2025 : V Mart Retail Limited Board of Directors has approved a 3:1 bonus share issue (Three new equity shares for every one existing share held) during Board meeting held on 02/05/2025.Hold shares before the Record Date 23/06/2025 to qualify. Shares bought on/after the Ex-Date 23/06/2025 exclude bonus rights.

This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders and regulatory clearances from SEBI and stock exchanges.‘Record Date’ is important to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the said Bonus Shares.

Originally incorporated as Varin Commercial Private Limited under the Companies Act in 2002 in West Bengal, Opened there first store in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 2003.By 2006, they had crossed 100,000 square feet of retail space and renamed themselves as V-Mart Retail Private Limited.In 2008, they achieved a significant milestone by registering V-Mart Retail as a public limited entity and crossing a turnover of INR 1,000 million.VMRL is in value retailing of apparel with a minor presence in non-apparel (footwear, accessories, toys/ games, home textile, furnishing, decor, and appliances, etc.) and Kirana bazaar,It is one of the largest value retail chains in India in terms of store count and retail area.
