About the Bonus Issue

Bajaj Finance Bonus 2025 : Bajaj Finance Limited Board of Directors has approved a 4:1 bonus share issue (four new equity shares for every one existing share held) and Sub-division of 1:2 Split on Share(1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each fully paid-up into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each fully paid-up) during Board meeting held on 29/04/2025.Hold shares before the Record Date [Announce Soon] to qualify. Shares bought on/after the Ex-Date [Announce Soon] exclude bonus rights.

This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders and regulatory clearances from SEBI and stock exchanges.

Bajaj Finance Bonus and Split Record Date will be announce post shareholders approval and regulatory approvals from the respective exchanges and from sebi , ‘Record Date’ is important to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the said Bajaj Finance Stock Split and Bonus Shares.
