About the Bonus Issue

Roto Pumps Bonus Issue 2025 : Roto Pumps Ltd Board of Directors has approved a 2:1 bonus share issue (Two new equity shares for every one existing share held) during Board meeting held on 17/05/2025.Hold shares before the Record Date July 11, 2025 to qualify. Shares bought on/after the Ex-Date July 11, 2025 exclude bonus rights.

This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders and regulatory clearances from SEBI and stock exchanges.

‘Record Date’ is important to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the said Bonus Shares.
