VTM Bonus Issue 2025 : VTM Limited Board of Directors has approved a 1.5:1 bonus share issue (One and Half new equity shares for every one existing share held) during Board meeting held on 16/04/2025.Hold shares before the Record Date [Announce Soon] to qualify. Shares bought on/after the Ex-Date [Announce Soon] exclude bonus rights.
This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders and regulatory clearances from SEBI and stock exchanges.
VTM Share Bonus Record Date will be announce post shareholders approval and regulatory approvals from the respective exchanges and from sebi , ‘Record Date’ is important to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the said Bonus Shares.
